One-Shot for user and staff

Good Afternoon all,

I have a suggestion regarding the one-shot feature of WildStacker.
The suggestion is for "One-Shot" to support custom items, like NBT data or something.
Or just a simple command, /stacker give oneshot

Why?;
Because then servers could give said item to their players as a reward or something, ie.: kill 100 of each hostile mob, get this stone sword that can instant kill any and all (listed) mobs.

Pros:

• Gives WildStacker another good feature,
• Gives server makers another item to reward their players with

Cons:

• Another section in the config,
• Needs coded
