Improve wildstacker.nosilkdrop permission

Hello,
Is it possible to make sure that when a player has the wildstacker.nosilkdrop permission, he is not affected by the mine-require-silk: true config?

I'd like to keep mine-require-silk: true because I find it useful to have a prevention message when a player tries to break a spawner without silk touch and doesn't have permission.
