Set up shared email address for headshot image submissions

Google Forms file upload requires Google sign-in to access the form. In order to accommodate for guest speakers without a google account, we removed the file upload option and switched to collecting a headshot URL instead. However, we still want to support speakers who would rather email their image, and we would like a separate inbox to monitor these submissions long-term. Please refer to Issue #52 for more details and the link to the google form.

Please choose a clear naming that shows the purpose and its relation to BIDS. If possible, please use the berkeley.edu suffix or keep it professional.
