Look into removing CrsMatrix #20
Description
It confuses new users, since it is a bottleneck for small problems. If we can find a way of handling the issues that prompted this implementation (such as negative matrix indices) with a scipy sparse matrix, we probably should remove it. All advanced features can be moved the the hympy project.
