[JOSS-Review] Comments on the paper

Following comments from my side regarding the paper openjournals/joss-reviews#8453:

1. There is insufficient explanation of what bifurcation (analysis) is.
2. The types of bifurcation used in the figure caption are not mentioned anywhere else.
3. What about BifurcationKit.jl which seems to be actively developed?

Mistakes:

• “such as a lid‑driven and differentially heated cavities-> “such as lid‑driven and differentially heated cavities
• “Examples are dynamical systems from ocean models…” -> “Examples include dynamical systems from ocean models…”
• The last sentence of the figure caption are actually two sentences
• Titles in your reference list are inconsistently capitalized

The issues described here should have been addressed by #60 and #61. Feel free to reopen this issue if the resolution was inadequate.

Thanks especially for the BifurcationKit.jl recommendation (this was unfortunately not available yet when we started development of this software, and serves a slightly different purpose, but may have been nice to use if it were around back then), and also thanks for the last comment. This seems to be a bug in the software used to compile the paper. We worked around the issue in the new version.
