Energie Dashboard: PV-Production from Solcast

Hey,
I'm using the Solcast integration. There is one point I didn't understand.
The Energy Dashboard shows PV production created by Solcast.
Can anybody explain my mistake?

You have misconfigured it. You should add each of your solar arrays to the Energy dashboard and then add the Solcast forecast option to one of your existing arrays, don't create a new solar array for solcast.

I have 3 solar arrays, each configured in the solar section of the energy dashboard:

and on the first I have selected the solcast forecast (the forecast applies to all arrays, its just the way HA configures it):

second and third arrays have no forecast set:

Thanks @gcoan, that is the way.

However, the Solcast integration is going to struggle with six arrays. You're going to have to map those to something simpler in Solcast. That may mean, @PVFox334, that you need to logically combine "near enough is good enough" arrays into larger similar arrays in Solcast to get a useful forecast.

It's not really set up for forecasting six separate arrays.

Should be verified as "absolutely the answer" / "This is the way". Solcast forecasting must be associated with only one generation source, so this is nailed by @gcoan, @BJReplay. Adding yet one more source to hang the forecast on is never going to work. How many generation sources there are is immaterial; just one must have the forecast, and no "made up" additions.

This might be noteworthy in the wider realm of the readme, which will not get read. Regardless, nice work, Geoff.
