Access particle data from memory using Hook functionality

A user has requested the ability to access particle data from memory using the Hook functionality, and was able to implement this functionality when space charge is turned off. When space charge is turned on, the functionality does not yet work.

This would be a very useful feature--e.g. it would allow users to implement in-situ diagnostics requiring access to particle data (not only second moments).
