Setting buda on windows

Hi,

Some additions to the Wiki https://github.com/BOINC/boinc/wiki/Installing-Docker

I was able to install the vm from the command line also with:

wsl --install boinc-buda-runner --from-file boinc-buda-runner.wsl

i tried to do :

wsl --install boinc-buda-runner --web-download https://github.com/BOINC/boinc-buda-runner-wsl/releases/download/v1/boinc-buda-runner.wsl

but it didn't work since its for updating

and install wsl by:

wsl --install

this got me the lastest versioin straight away

The wiki page should have a single set of instructions, not alternatives.
What is the shortest/simplest cookbook?

Note: according to the docs
wsl --install
downloads and installs an Ubuntu distro, which we don't want to do.

2. wsl --install boinc-buda-runner --from-file boinc-buda-runner.wsl
3. wsl -d boinc-buda-runner
