Have projects but no tasks.

I have 3 Macs running BOINC -- WCG and Rosetta. A 2024 MacBook Air M3/Sequoia, 2013 MBA/Mojave and a 2011 iMac/High Sierra. All are doing well. But a MBPro/Sierra (not updateable at present) has BOINC and the same two projects, but there are no tasks. Can anybody help?

Thanks to @AenBleidd converting this from whatever it was to whatever it is now. I tried for a long time to find out where to post it but found the categories and jargon 78-year-old-user-impenetrable -- I'm not a techie so one should not assume I know anything. I'm now thinking the problem of no tasks might have something to do with OS Sierra, because I couldn't even post the question with that computer but had no problem with OS Sequoia. BOINC seems to work with Sierra -- that is, the computer has the app and it opens -- but I can't find anything specific about WCG and Rosetta requirements except they're OS-compatible. I began with WCG at least as far back as 2009 but had a couple hiatuses so requirements could have changed while I was away (what are the chances?).
