Unable to install Docker in computer Win 11 x64

Describe the bug

Of course I have to say that such computer is not an big cruncher but working on latest windows 11 and BOINC 8.2.1.
BOINC is telling me that much better install Docker.
followed instructions in Win 11 in another computer with AMD and setup properly.
same for my tiny computer always giving me an error message and not installed.

Steps to reproduce

• Installed lates version of BOINC 8.2.1
• successfully
• Reboot computer
• Activated in Control Panel - Activate/deactivate Windows features - Subsistema de Windows para Linux
• successfully
• reboot computer
• Downloaded and installed: wsl.2.4.13.0.x64.msi
• successfully
• reboot computer
• Double click on: boinc-buda-runner.wsl, got this:

Instalando: D:\Downloads\boinc-buda-runner.wsl
No se pudo iniciar la operación porque no se instaló una característica requerida.

Expected behaviour

that boinc-buda-runner.wsl would be installed and get something similar to following in my computer as I get in the other computer with AMD:

Additional context

I double checked in the computer BIOS and found that Intel virtualisation is enable, but on AMD computer I had to dive in BIOS options because was not clear the virtualisation, I hope not been another trick switch in BIOS in this Intel.

This is an issue with Windows, not with BOINC itself.

I cannot reproduce this on my side.
