Build dependency

I'm trying to do  " ./scripts/feeds install -a"  on a Raspberry Pi5 running Debian
And I get

Build dependency: Please install Python >= 3.5
Build dependency: Please install Python >= 3.5
Build dependency: Please install the Python3 distutils module

I've tried all I can think of .. ;(~
