Pulseaudio failed loading #154

Hi,
I am trying to install SSRPARI on my Raspberry Pi 3 Model B (no soundcard) but it always fails with Pulseaudio failing to start on:
bluez4-util.c: org.bluez.Manager.GetProperties() failed: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: Method "GetProperties" with signature "" on interface "org.bluez.Manager" doesn't exist
I have tried upgrading my jessie OS to stretch but no difference there, it still fails here.
The result is that there's no audio coming out of the output (analog jack). Uninstalling Pulseaudio fixes this but obviously I need Pulseaudio to work run to SSRPARI.
Did anyone have a similar issue? How did you fix this?
