Update Android to NDK 25 #596

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Problem: currently, the Android package is being linked against NDK r23b. This is the same version that RN was being linked against, up until very recently. r23b (23.1.7779620) apparently has issues that were fixed in r23c (23.2.8568313).
Since then, RN's main branch has moved to NDK 25. I expect that in their next release (0.73) or the one after that, it will be the official minimum NDK version.
Describe the solution you'd like
Babylon Native is linked against NDK 25 (probably matching the same exact version as RN when RN is released with NDK 25.x)
