Gemfile depencency issue? 1.7.2 and 1.7.1 does not work together with rails 3.1.21

translation_center 1.7.2 and 1.7.1 does not accept rails 3.1.21.
translation_center 1.7.0 accepts rails 3.1.21
Maybe 1.7.1 and 1.7.2 was intented to allow .21 instead of .12? Can't see anything in the devise Gemfile, so maybe our problem comes via some other gem.

Can anybody else see if 1.7.1 or 1.7.2 of this gem works with newest Rails 3?
