* Sleep recording test to prevent timing failures.

* Increase sleep timing for calls.

* Add contingency retries for cleanup.

* Use shared call cleanup for recordings tests.

* Combined invalid tests for recordings operations.

* Update for manteca content return type.

* Decode test ids from bytes to string.
