Open SSL library missing on baseledger_bridge init

After entering baseledger_bridge init command on step 28 I was getting the following error message...

./baseledger_bridge: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Used these commands to solve it:

wget http://nz2.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl/libssl1.1_1.1.1f-1ubuntu2_amd64.deb

sudo dpkg -i libssl1.1_1.1.1f-1ubuntu2_amd64.deb
