Place compiled binaries in Releases

This will make it easier for those who, due to work commitments or hobbies, do not have to keep the tools for compiling applications on their computer, and do not have to keep information about how to use these tools in their head, to run and update the application. I would understand the lack of binaries if this application could be useful only to developers. However, this is not the case.

I know it's an old issue, but still commenting since I'm trying to make an updated fork. What would be an ideal cross-distribution way to compile binaries for this project anyway? Something like PyInstaller?
