On Intel Mac this installs the wrong architecture

I've tried installing Kdenlive with it and while the installation/rebuild succeeds, the app does not start with the error "this application is not supported on this Mac". Indeed, checking the binary it seems the arm64-variant was installed.
`nixpkgs.hostPlatform`is properly set, and I am trying to install via system `pkgs`, rather than home-manager.
