Deprecate RTP2021 option in metrics script #390
Description
The presence of RTP2021 as a run option for the metrics scripts served mainly as a QAQC check relative to reproducing metrics from the old script from the old plan.
As we are past that step, the option leaves extra overhead that is unnecessary.
We should gracefully remove, possibly keeping a release before removal for archive purposes.
