Incorrect PersonType categorization for CTRAMP

I ran the pipeline and I believe there is a mis-categorization for PersonType. I was looking at the PersonData.csv for CTRAMP and when filtering for "Child of driving age", there were only 29 records and their ages were all 21. Similarly, there were no PersonType for "Child of Non Driving Age". When I filtered by age, the person type for people who age is 16 were all nonworker.

I'm on it. I think i was trying to convert canonical person type to cttramp person type, but I'm now thinking we probably shouldn't even bother with canonical person type since that's pretty modely specific
