Suggestion: Offline/Local import/No server feature #10

Hello!
I love seeing that there's development for an iOS app for Actual Budget. I love the desktop app and it would be really nice to be able to have a mobile version.
Could you make it possible so the server isn't necessary to use the app?
I'd love to be able to export the current database from the desktop app and import it into iOS, and then just manage transactions manually, without the automatic sync via server.
I currently use Spending Tracker - Budget App as the closest alternative for AB, since I budget on my mobile device as a quick way to register expenses on the go, and then update AB in more detail once I'm at my computer. Having the same format as AB on mobile would be great, and a simple function to import the pre-existing data without sync would be enough for me.
