Add an index file containing Bible metadata

I've created a fork at https://github.com/radio-crestin/Holy-Bible-XML-Format to improve the repository structure and add automated indexing.

What's new:

• Moved all 1,045 Bible XMLs to data/ for a cleaner root directory
• Added auto-generated bibles.xml index with translation names, download URLs, and metadata
• GitHub Action creates releases automatically when you push a tag

PS. The changes are too big to create a PR, most likely it should be created using CLI.

It would be extremely useful if we could add the language to the metadata of each Bible, as well as to each book name. Would it also be possible to extract this metadata from the Django database?

Hello. Language info is already part of the xml file, with tag Translation. Book names are numbers, no intention of putting in a name. As for Django Database, im not familiar with that.
