Implement the new solvents (cyclohexane, toluene) in all scripts

Currently some scripts (e.g. `mdpow-rebuild-fep`) do not have implemented the new solvents (cyclohexane, toluene). All solvents should be implemented (water, octanol, cyclohexane, toluene) should be implemented in all scripts.
