404 links in the changelog for eslint-plugin-i18n

In the CHANGELOG file from eslint-plugin-i18n, all links point to 404 / deprecated folder github.com/M6WEB/eslint-plugin-m6web-i18n.

We need to update in the package.json from package eslint-plugin-i18n the repository url to something like:
https

But this will probably not work because this will target the monorepo and not the actual package, so we have to make the change and test it
