Another question from PR #57

The daemon checks for both config and config.toml. The extensionless version matches Python Reticulum, but .toml gives you syntax highlighting and LSP support in most editors.

Should we pick one and deprecate the other? Keep supporting both indefinitely? Document a preference?

The converter currently outputs to whichever filename you give it, so there's no forced migration. But some clarity on what's recommended would be useful.

Solving this will guide me in creating a manual for the daemon.
