What is wrong with the documentation?

Hi maintainers,

I attempted to follow the security reporting instructions in SECURITY.md,
but the GitHub Security Advisory link appears to return HTTP 404:

https://github.com/BeehiveInnovations/pal-mcp-server/security/advisories/new

Because of this, I have reported the issue through an alternative
coordinated disclosure channel.

This issue is for awareness only — no vulnerability details are disclosed here.

Hi Sujeev, thanks for taking this on — much appreciated. Just to clarify the context: the security reporting link currently returns 404, so I was unable to submit a report through GitHub Security Advisories. Because of that, I’ve already reported the vulnerability through the MITRE CVE request process to ensure responsible disclosure. Once the security advisory link is fixed, I’ll be happy to submit the full technical details there so it can serve as the public reference. Thanks again for helping fix the link.
