With version 7.1.0, with command npm run lint i got this error :
An unhandled exception occurred: Error while loading rule 'rxjs/no-async-subscribe':
You have used a rule which requires parserServices to be generated.
You must therefore provide a value for the "parserOptions.project" property for @typescript-eslint/parser.
When i'm downgrade to 7.0.0 it's work fine (i have check my .eslintrc.json, parserOptions.project have a correct value)

- ESLint version: 8.39.0
- eslint-plugin-html version: 7.1.0
- NodeJS version: 16.18.1
- Operating System name and version: Win 11
- ESLint configuration (.eslintrc): rule rxjs/no-async-subscribe activated
