Add a command to accelerate the growth speed of players crops per island.
Add a limit time
I see this feature on some skyblock
/obadmin growth %player% 2 1h

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Or with panel but command is better because we can create our menu

Yes but i don't want this feature.

This could be an Addon, but would be quite a big ongoing processing effort to scan for crops and increase their rates depending on the player. It's not really scalable to many islands. I'll keep the idea open and maybe someone will be able to make it.
