/oba purge causes server crash

Expected behavior

/oba purge deletes islands.

Observed/Actual behavior

/oba purge deletes islands, but also crashes the server after approx. 100 seconds - out of memory

The issue is definitely memory related, so for now, it's best to try to reduce the number of islands that will be deleted to just a few at a time and see how that goes.

I am looking at changing the deletion code completely to make deletion better, but it does seem like the only way to do that completely would be to require max island sizes to be on chunk boundaries. Anyway, working on it!
