Bedrock/Geyser can't break blocks in the Nether

Expected behavior

So that Bedrock/Geyser players can break, interact with, and place blocks

Observed/Actual behavior

All Bedrock/Geyser players on my server are experiencing a bug where they can't break blocks, place blocks, or interact with blocks in their respective Nether worlds.

Steps/models to reproduce

"I’ve already tried using /cba why (player), but there’s no report message at all—while in the Overworld, the report message works. And Bedrock players can’t break blocks in the Nether, but in The End they can break and interact with blocks.

This looks weird. It's as if there is no registration of the breaking going on in the server - that's why there is no report from the WHY. Is this location at spawn by chance? I don't think it is because the coords don't look like it is.

The only other idea I have is that maybe it's some other plugin. You could try a test with just BentoBox and Geyser and see if it still happens (you have a lot of plugins, so maybe?)

Hello!, I am currently having the same issue on my Server, 1.20.4, Maybe a recent Geyser update may of caused this?
we have a box server and a regular Survival server both on 1.20.4 and box is the only one effected

@azsnowy321 @wschris12 Could you try and temporarily remove the Border plugin when this happens and see if there is still an issue breaking blocks in the Nether? BONNe had a theory that maybe it's something to do with the border being 0.
