Can't find `MelonPreferences.cfg` file

As per title.

Reproduction

1. Install BepInEx to game of your choice
2. Install the MelonLoader Loader for BepInEx
3. Install any MelonLoader mod (may be optional ?)
4. Run game once and quit gracefully

E.g. Lethal Company w/ https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/SoulWithMae/CompanyExecutive/

Expected Result

MelonPreferences.cfg should be generated somewhere.

Actual Result

I can't find the file anywhere in my game installation files or mod profile directory.
