Clarification Needed: SMTP Email Functionality & Startup Error

Hi @ishaan-jaff,

I’m working on integrating SMTP email functionality to send user invitation emails via the LiteLLM proxy, following the documentation. I’ve configured the SMTP settings in my config file as instructed:

litellm_settings:
  callbacks:
    - "smtp_email"

However, I’m encountering an error during startup when using the Docker image ghcr.io/berriai/litellm-database:main-v1.67.0-stable. The service fails to initialize with this configuration.

Is the smtp_email callback feature available or does it require an Enterprise license?

The documentation doesn’t explicitly mention licensing restrictions. Any guidance would help resolve this blocker. Thank you!
