Internal user : Error when invite user

Describe the bug
When attempting to invite a new internal user via the LiteLLM interface (using the main-latest branch), the UI displays the following error after submission:

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

Expected behavior
The frontend should properly render the invitation link or confirmation message after the invite is created.

Observed behavior
Despite the error in the UI, the invitation seems to be successfully created on the backend. When inspecting the browser network tab, I can confirm that the invitation id is returned and functional. The issue appears to be related to how the frontend tries to render the returned data — likely a bug in the rendering logic of the invitation link or status display.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run main-latest version of LiteLLM.
2. Go to the "Internal Users" section.
3. Invite a new user by email.
4. Submit the invitation form.
5. Observe the client-side exception error in the UI.

Environment:

Additional context
The bug does not seem to affect the actual creation of the invite. Only the rendering of the result on the client side is impacted.
