Mismatch between Github "Releases" and actual releases?

I have some trouble identifying when a release has actually been released.

For instance, currently the litellm_v1.75.5-dev_memory_fix release was published here on Github Releases 7 hours ago, but the latest release on PyPI was 2 days ago, even though that fix has been tagged as "Latest" here on Github.

Aside from that, the "Releases" section has lots of release candidates, pre-releases, stable releases and nightly releases. How many of them are published to PyPI?
