Simplify `post` and `patch` methods by leveraging the camel casing parser

We used to have an issue where post/put data would come in camel cased, but we needed it to be snake_cased for our models. This is resolved by #181 , but we still need to go back through those methods and properly use the serializers to validate and parse data. As well as removing as much manual checking and parsing as possible now that the parser gives us the right casing.

This is still an issue for our multipart/form-data parsers (ie: when we upload images)

Monkeypatching to work around multipart/form-data issue with NSwag:

• Multipart/form-data with two parts does not generate correct typescript RicoSuter/NSwag#1078
• Int Array not working with FormData RicoSuter/NSwag#1840
• Typescript generator doesn't properly encode arrays and objects for Form data. RicoSuter/NSwag#3163
• Multiple values for parameter not send corently from Swagger when Content type is "multipart/form-data" RicoSuter/NSwag#3387
