+## 29-31 October activity
+
+There were **26 participants** who passed the third elimination activity.
+During 29-31 October, those participants were required to **find a repository
+without a license** and submit an issue explaining why it should have a license
+and what license it should adopt.  
+This is the **fourth** task of the elimination activities.
+
+### Results
+**24 participants** finished the task (**passed**) and **2 participants** failed (**eliminated**).
