Cropping tracks

Hi,

Thanks so much for this tool - it's been so helpful.

I'm just wondering if you have ever considered adding a function to crop tracks. It would be very helpful to be able to crop out a small area from a large region of predicted tracks (from CTC or CSV format) to create ground truth tracks.

Thanks for your enthusiasm with the plugin! At the moment, we are lacking the necessary time to push new features in this plugin.
If you have some experience with implementing that, I could review your PR to have this out at some point.
