feat: Printing external HTML files

This is probably a non-trivial feature to implement, but I think it would be a great addition for the eventual 1.0 release.

I'd like to be able to write an HTML document externally and then:

• Have it rendered to the correct format.
• Have a preview displayed
• Print it

My use case for this would be cheat sheets and one-off prints that don't need a parameterized template (I've been using S&D for lots of stuff outside of TTRPGs as well, thermal printers are very convenient!). This is already possible, of course, by just adding templates, but it clutters the template view.

Just to clarify. If you say "write an HTML document externally" you mean:

• Having the html file on disk
• Editing it with whatever editor outside of S&D

right?

Yup! That's what I mean
