As Z3 build for Windows was resolved lets try to fix #956 again.

Now it's linenoise that fails: fdopen/opam-repository-mingw@23748b9

# Detecting depexts using vars: arch=x86_64, os=win32, os-distribution=cygwinports, os-family=windows
Error:  No solution for bap: The following dependencies couldn't be met:
          - bap -> linenoise >= 1.1
              unmet availability conditions, e.g. os != "win32"

It looks like that linenoise indeed doesn't support windows antirez/linenoise#113
