Possible segfault in nif code?

Unable to provide a lot of information here yet. When streaming lots of h264 data, the VM is crashing. Disabling any stages that use this library *seems* to prevent that. There's a chance that the real problem is in `Membrane.Element.FFmpeg.H264.Decoder` since it's a NIF as well, but i'm more inclined to believe it's our code
