When running the notebook for the first time using the default configuration, it prompts "Internal system error"

使用缺省配置首次运行notebook时，提示“系统内部错误”

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'workspace'
2. Click on 'test workspace' (setup beforehand)
3. Go to 'Notebooks'
4. Click on 'test notebook' (setup beforehand )
5. Click on '编辑'
6. Click on '运行资源配置'
7. Click on '更新环境'

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
如果缺省环境存在，应当提示用户环境已被更新。
如果缺省环境不存在，应当提示用户采用正确配置而不是系统内部错误。
