[Feature request] Show (non-editable) occurrenceID values for records that have Symbiota-generated GUIDs

When a collection chooses to have their occurrenceIDs provided by the portal (Symbiota-Generated UUID option), the occurrenceID field appears blank in the occurrence editor, which is confusing.

I suggest that we show the occurrenceID (which is stored in omoccurrences.recordID) in this field but make it non-editable (e.g., grayed out) so that it's clear the value exists.
