"Save Edits" button not enabled after parsing verbatim coordinates into latitude and longitude

Steps to reproduce: Open a record in the Occurrence Editor that has Verbatim Coordinates. Click the parse coordinates button so that the latitude and longitude get filled in. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Expected behavior: The "Save Edits" button should be enabled and you should be able to click it.

Actual behavior: The "Save Edits" button is still disabled and you can't click it.
