[Feature Request]: Add popup to remind users not to create duplicate accounts

Sometimes portal users create new accounts when they cannot remember their password instead of contacting our Help Desk to regain access.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Possible solutions:

• Add a popup to /profile/newprofile.php?refurl=/index.php?
• Alternatively, add a popup or warning when hovering over "Create an Account" (profile/index.php)

Popup text could say something like:

Contact help@symbiota.org for assistance before creating a new account if one may already exist for you in this portal.
