Infant structural T1 data segmentation

Hi,
I would like to run developing HCP pipeline to perform segmentation of neonatal T1 scans. I know it surely works on T2 data , I would like to know if it is suitable to segment T1, too. Indeed, it is the only structural kind of scan I have,

first thanks for providing all this code, and the excellent database (dHCP data)

looking at deep learning segmentation results on the dHCP T1 data I notice some clear mismatch with the EM ground truth whereas this mismatch is not present when I compare the segmentation results obtaine from T2 data

So I was also wondering (but for an other reason) if on can produce the EM segemntation from the T1 images ?

any guidelines for that will be appreciate
