Upgrade before migrating to new repo

Discussed this morning with @joshmoore and @will-moore:
In order to add test and before migrating to its final home, we need to work on a few repositories to upgrade the Python version

• ansible.builtin.include has been removed ome/ansible-role-omero-server#78 especially Update Ansible Version ome/ansible-role-omero-server#80
