add functionality so that the package git repo is cloned

Currently package vignettes and description and README may be transferred, but one
must manually clone the package if one wants to do development in the AnVIL context.
Should we consider adding options to clone the associated repo, when such exists? @LiNk-NY

Is git installed in the AnVIL?
The package works by copying files over to the cloud hosted workspace.
Since we don't have direct access to the environment on AnVIL, we'd have to
copy the .git / package folder over instead of cloning.

fair point rstudio has git built in, we can't get to it?

AnVILPublish is run locally and the notebooks / files are imported into a new or existing workspace so we don't have access to git on the workspace.
