Refactor and modularize

Since Minepatch currently does not follow any code architecture, it has become hard to maintain already. To combat this, a migration to hexagonal architecture should be implemented.

Multiple modules should be created for each major feature.

After some consideration I cam to the conclusion that migrating to hexagonal architecture will not solve the problem that motivated me to refactor in the first place, too much boilerplate. Instead creating a clearer module structure focused on a task instead of a data type will be more beneficial.
