Migrate to Flutter + Rework UI #89
Description
Migrate to flutter and create at least a native Windows and Android app
The UI shall be completely reworked to be in line with the Material Design 3 spec, which is documented here
Also look into different ways to sync data between platforms, like using an online database of some sorts, but keep compatability with Windows a priority
