Identification - Documentation & bcr-common, Cleanup

• Once everything is done - clean up old stuff in bcr-relay (email notifications, http proxy, static file server for logo)
  • everything in static/proxy/notification folder can be removed
• Move bcr-relay to Wildcat-Aux repository and adapt to common deployment process with clemens
